1. Ordering:

The best way to order products shown on our website is online.

When you have placed your order online, we immediately send you an automatic Email confirmation/receipt for your order.

Goods are subject to availability, and whether an item is in stock is clearly displayed on our website. If you order an item that is clearly shown on the website to be temporarily out of stock, we will send it to you as soon as new stock arrives. If you decide to cancel your order before we get more stock, just email, us and we will cancel the order, and you will be refunded.

In the extremely unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Very occasionally we offer goods on a pre-order basis, whereby we do not actually have the item in stock, but will ship the item to you when it arrives in stock. If this is the case it will be clearly shown by a pre order sign next to the product. In such cases delivery times are subject to delivery from our supplier, and so we cannot be held responsible for any later than expected delivery. In such cases, you can cancel you order any time you like and of course receive a full refund.

 

2. Prices:

The price for each Product from Wireless Parts Ltd is in UK Pounds Sterling, and includes V.A.T at 20.0%. While trying to ensure that all prices on the Wireless Parts Ltd website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will try to inform you immediately and give you the option of cancelling your order, or reconfirming it at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

You will be notified of any delivery charges before you give your credit card details.

For international orders (outside the UK), all import duties and taxes for the goods entering your country are your responsibility to pay, so please find out the applicable rates of your country before ordering.

Online Special offers may not apply in store, please check with the store.

 

 

3. Payment:

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, or Solo. We also accept PayPal. The card details will be encrypted to give you maximum protection while shopping with us.

 

 

4. Delivery:

Although we are based in the UK, we deliver products to customers worldwide. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details.

We aim to make the delivery of our products to the customer totally stress free, and when your order is dispatched we'll send you a confirmation email too.

Wireless Parts Ltd offers a range of delivery services depending on the address we are delivering to. For Mainland UK addresses we offer Standard Delivery (1-3 working days) and Express Delivery (guaranteed next working day).

For UK orders, you should normally receive goods within 1-3 working days. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally inevitable, and we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the rare circumstance arises whereby we are unable to deliver within our usual delivery time (1-3 Working days), and cannot agree another time with you, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order and get a full refund.

It is very rare that your order will be delayed, but if it is delayed by Royal Mail, we can’t resend your parcel or refund you until 10 days from your original order date. You can of course get a full refund for a delayed order simply by posting it back to us after it arrives. If your order goes missing in the post we will of course either resend the goods or offer you a full refund.

Wireless Parts Ltd can not be held responsible for next day deliveries that do not reach there destination on time.

 

5. Returns:

We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item.

You can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date if it is in it's original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).

Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt.

Please contact us by email or phone before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number.

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use.

As for normal returns, you must contact us by email or phone before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number.

Regarding postage costs of returned items, if the item is deemed to be faulty we will cover the return postage costs to us. If it is just a standard unwanted return you as a consumer will cover the postage charge for returning the product to us.

By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after receipt of the order. If you wish to cancel your order under this regulation please notify our Customer Service department and give your name and order number.

 

6. Liability:

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Due to the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control, for example, flood, drought, fire..

 

7. Copyright and Trademarks:

All rights in the designs and information on our website, are owned by us. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may copy and print sections of our website, but only for the use of placing an order with us. Any other reproduction of information or designs contained in this website may only be done after receiving our written permission.

 

 

8. Privacy:

When you make an order we note your name, email address, postal address, and phone number.

During the checkout process there is a checkbox that states 'Please send me your email newsletter'. If this checkbox remains ticked we may use your email address to tell you about our new products and competitions by sending you a email from time to time. If you do not want to receive any such emails from us, you can either untick the checkbox when you go through our checkout, or on any of our emails there is an unsubscribe link where you can permanently remove your email from our email list.

By ordering from us you are also giving us permission to send you an occasional catalogue in the post detailing our products. You can email us at any time requesting you are removed or not included in any such mailing list. By ordering from us you are also giving us your explicit consent to receive free marketing messages from us via your other contact details given to us. For example we may send you occasional free text (SMS) messages to your mobile phone telling you about a new product. In such cases, all messages received by you will be free and you will also be able to opt out of all future messages (opt out details given in all messages / opt out is free).

We will never give your personal information to any other company. If you require any more information on our privacy policy, please contact us by sending an email to info@r-c.uk We adhere to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. We NEVER send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We do use 'cookies' in our shopping cart software so that it can work efficiently, but do not store or use this information for any other purpose.

 

9. Questions about your order:

As we have such fast/reliable delivery, it is very unlikely that there will be a problem with your order. If you do have any queries about the delivery or the items when you get them, simply email or call our customer service department.

 

10. Other:

The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us, and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Sometimes the product specifications from manufacturers can change; in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative. Where "substitute" goods are sent and you are not happy with them and cancel the order, you will not be made to pay the cost of returning the goods.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

While we try to make sure that all information we provide within our website is accurate, errors and misprints do occur, and we cannot be held responsible for them.

We've selected our products on the basis that they will be used for domestic use only, if you are planning to use them for business purposes please make sure that you are covered by appropriate insurance.
